Sandhole Oak Barn's website states "Rural fairytale" on it's front page and it's hard to argue with that. This idyllic wedding venue set in stunning Cheshire Countryside is so peaceful and relaxing. Especially being lakeside with that "view' in front of you all day. Picture it, you're dancing the night away and you nip to take some fresh air in and that breathtaking countryside is just there, right beyond the verandah, The prefect place to star gaze, with a cocktail, real ale, hot chocolate!
Every time I shoot a wedding at this venue I'm so amazed and impressed at the attention to detail and how well this modern, stylish wedding barn still maintains an old world charm. The beams, the high ceiling, the layout all add to it's appeal and it's interested enough to work for a classic and elegant theme with minimal decorations but also can be transformed to something crazy and big! The chameleon of wedding venues!
Sandhole Oak barn can accommodate up to 140 guests for a civil ceremony and sit down wedding breakfast and a whopping 180 guests for your evening celebration. The barn chosen award-winning approved caterer and event manager, Top Table will take care all your foodie needs. I can personally vouch for them having samples their meals at previous weddings. They're incredible!
In terms of accommodation for another bonus, Sandhole Farm has a B&B on site which is directly adjacent to Sandhole Oak Barn. Perfect and convenient for wedding guests to nip back and get changed or stumble back at the end of the night if need be! The B&B can be exclusively booked and accommodates 37 guests. This includes an amazing Dressing Room, and The Granary Cottage which can be used as the bridal suite.
